This hour-long exercise class takes participants through 4–6-minutes of seated exercise circuits ranging from upper body, lower body, & flexibility. After each circuit, participants are paired with students to discuss different health topics for 4-6 minutes. The goal is to make exercise accessible and to build relationships through wellness. Lauren Feyh (co-founder of GrowIN) and student volunteers will lead this class. 

Register by the Monday before the class, pickups will begin at 4:00PM
